In this role, you’ll support our Client Service team with the smooth execution of customer campaigns, helping with reporting, data analysis, project coordination, and creative setup. You’ll work hands-on with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Trello, keep multiple timelines on track, and help improve (and gradually automate) recurring processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support our Client Service team in day-to-day operations and keep a clear overview even when multiple campaigns are kicking off at the same time.
Create campaign reports, analyze performance data, and turn insights into clear, compelling strategy presentations.
Take ownership of project management tasks: maintain Trello boards, coordinate requests with our Campaign Management team (e.g., screenshots), and keep Excel trackers and overviews up to date.
Support the creation and assembly of ad creatives in close collaboration with our designers.
Help identify manual processes, improve them, and gradually automate recurring tasks.
YOUR PROFILE
Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Strong interest in numbers, data, and digital processes.
Confident working with Excel and PowerPoint; you know how to structure and present data in a meaningful way.
Highly organized: you can prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented, you take ownership and follow through.
Curious and eager to learn about our customers and processes, and you’re not afraid to question and improve how things are done.
You stay focused and calm, even when things get busy.
A true team player with clear, dependable communication.
Fluent in German & English.
This role requires you to be living in Germany and to hold a valid work authorization.
