The role
You will build relationships with clients and candidates, win new business and manage recruitment processes from the first conversation through to an accepted offer.
You will develop your own specialist market, with structured training and support to help you build confidence and take ownership from the start.

Who would suit this?
You could be a graduate starting your career or someone with experience in sales, business development, customer service or another commercial role.
