The Role
----
We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven Trader Acquisition Specialists to drive the growth of our Funded Trader program. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our prop trading division, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and converting talented retail and professional traders to purchase our evaluation challenges.
If you are a hustler who knows how to network, build rapport via DMs, and close deals over social media, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and initiate contact with potential traders and trading communities across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Pitch & Convert:
Educate prospects on the unique value proposition of the Fairclough Palmer AG's Funded Trader program, converting them into paying evaluation clients (CHF 1,250 or CHF 2,500 tiers).
Relationship Building:
Speak the "trader's language" to build trust, answer questions regarding our drawdown rules, scaling plans, and institutional perks, and overcome objections.
Lead Generation:
Network with trading influencers, group admins, and financial educators to create referral pipelines.
Track your outreach efforts, follow up with warm leads, and consistently hit or exceed sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For

Proven Closer:
Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or social selling (Direct Messaging, cold outreach).
Platform Savvy:
Deep understanding of how to find and engage with niche communities on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the financial markets, day trading (Forex, Equities, Futures), and the proprietary trading ("prop firm") industry is highly preferred.
Flawless written English and persuasive communication skills. You know how to craft a DM that gets a response. (Fluency in additional languages is a major plus for tapping into global markets).
You are highly organised, autonomous, and motivated by financial incentives.
