Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Study Visa Consultant role based in Lübeck. The Study Visa Consultant will guide prospective students through the entire study‑visa process, including initial counseling, program and destination selection, and explaining country-specific visa requirements. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, supporting SOP/LOI drafting, coordinating with universities, and advising on financial and funding requirements. The consultant will handle visa application submissions, track application progress, respond to client queries, and maintain accurate case records. The position also includes conducting information sessions, staying updated on immigration and education policies, and contributing to process improvements to enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration processes relevant to study visas.
- Demonstrated experience working with Visas, especially student visas for multiple destinations.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and spoken guidance in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Background in Consulting or advisory roles, preferably within education, immigration, or international student services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Education, Business, or a comparable discipline.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex policy requirements and documentation checklists with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset, high ethical standards, and commitment to transparent, non-discriminatory guidance.
- Proficiency with basic office software and online application platforms; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous experience working with students from Pakistan, Afghanistan, or similar markets is beneficial.
