You are the heart of our branch and the first point of contact for our customers, supporting the branch manager and service technician in all commercial and organisational tasks.
You will be responsible for scheduling and route planning, ordering office supplies, maintaining master data, and managing the branch\’s inventory with enthusiasm.
You handle our rental business independently, hand over the machines, and provide safety instructions directly to the customer.
You love customer contact and are not afraid of telephone canvassing, as well as advising customers on applications and products.
You clarify technical questions with the headquarters and prepare quotations.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed commercial or technical training.
Several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment.
Technically skilled, interested in technology, and possess good IT user skills.
Strong communication skills and an absolute talent for organisation.
