For our location in Mannheim – Frankenthal, we are looking for a Sales Representative with a bite.

Responsibilities include:

1. Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients, from trade businesses to industrial companies.
2. Conducting practical product demonstrations and finding optimal solutions for our customers\‘ challenges, whether in concrete restoration, industrial cleaning, or corrosion protection.
3. Developing Falch as a strong regional partner.
4. Conducting market research and developing sales campaigns based on findings.
5. Building up the customer base and increasing turnover steadily.
6. Maintaining and analyzing our CRM system.

Qualifications and qualities:

• Experience in selling technical capital goods and a passion for technology.
• Ideally, experience in construction, trade, refurbishment, or industrial services sectors.
• Professional in customer acquisition and persistent in closing projects.
• Hands-on mentality and not afraid to get your fingers dirty from time to time.
• Fluency in German is essential.
