In order to realize our international growth strategy, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Southern Europe region (Italy, Spain) with the potential to develop into a Regional Sales Manager. Take the next step in your career.

Responsibilities

  1. Development and execution of a country-specific growth strategy.
  2. Targeted development of existing sales structures and establishment of further sales and service branches.
  3. Acquisition of new customers and direct support of existing key customers.
  4. Active, pragmatic support of sales colleagues in customer acquisition, development of sustainable customer relationships, professional CRM administration, and in technical questions.
  5. Perspective overall responsibility for business development, sales and returns, subsidiaries, and local Falch sales teams in Southern Europe.

Qualifications

  1. Several years of international experience in selling technical capital goods in a mid-size company and possibly initial management experience.
  2. Excellent technical understanding and solid business administration skills.
  3. Interest in personal and professional development with the aim of becoming a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe.
  4. Passion for active selling, technical consultation, and practical demonstration of our water jetting equipment and automation solutions.
  5. Business fluent in Italian and very good knowledge in English.
