Responsibilities

1. Creating and maintaining manuals in the TIM editorial system.
2. Placing translation orders, preparing data, providing translations, checking invoices.
3. Further development of instructions, e.g., standard modules, structure.
4. Compile technical data in the ERP system, assign, request releases, etc.
5. Labeling of products (e.g., type plates) according to regulations.

Qualifications

1. Completed training or further training as a technical editor, completed studies in technical editing, information design, or professional experience in technical documentation.
2. Structured and accurate way of working.
3. Enthusiasm and interest in learning new topics.
4. Good technical understanding.
5. User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
6. Knowledge of German at native-speaker level and knowledge of English.
