  • Oversee site execution of CSA works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, project programme, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives across multiple work fronts.
  • Monitor progress against programme milestones, proactively identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with European building standards, QA/QC procedures, and strict health & safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, manage snagging and de-snagging activities, and maintain accurate progress reporting for senior management.
  • Support design coordination meetings and resolve technical or construction-related issues efficiently.
  • Assist with project close-out activities including commissioning support, documentation management, and final handover processes.
  • Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery within a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.
  • Previous experience working on data centres, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other highly technical projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of European construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSEQ requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and interfaces while delivering to demanding schedules.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced project environment.

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically complex hyperscale data centre project.
  • Long-term career progression with a leading international contractor delivering major projects across Europe.
  • Competitive salary, accommodation support, rotation options, and comprehensive benefits package.
