As of 01.08.2026, we are looking for a
Child Care Specialist 100% (English mother tongue or near-native) for our day care center Novartis Lichtstrasse. Would you like to put a beaming smile on children's faces every day?
These are your tasks:
Supervision and support of mixed-age groups of children (3 months - 3 years)
Guidance of apprentices and interns
Customer-oriented, open and trusting cooperation with parents
Planning and implementing a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child
What you bring to the table:
Completed education as a childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator or similar pedagogical training ( * )
Professional experience, with strong personal and social skills
Joy and patience in working with children
Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility
You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as singing, dancing, telling stories...
(*) In case of foreign diploma, a confifirmation of equivalence from the SERI is absolutely necessary.
