The Treasury Manager plays a critical role within this mission by safeguarding the Group’s liquidity, managing financial risk, and supporting the complex, multi-entity cash operations required to bring life-saving medicines to patients across the globe. The position will be based in Chiasso, Switzerland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic treasury evolution experience within global multi-entity organizations is a strong plus. Experience with multi-currency operations, FX management and Cross-border payments Strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and digital banking platforms. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. SOFT SKILLS Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to details. Proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to operate in a decentralized, fast-moving, and multicultural environment. Excellent interpersonal, negotiations and communication skills; able to partner effectively with finance, supply chain, commercial, and external stakeholders. Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and strong commitment to organizational objectives. Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
