We are looking for our site at FAS Medic SA in Palézieux, Vaud a Maintenance Technician
Roles / Responsibilities
- Carry out troubleshooting and preventive maintenance plans for machines and tools. - Implement and promote a safety culture: proper use of PPE, LOTO, reporting hazardous conditions, participation in risk analyses, etc. - Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment. - Analyse root causes of breakdowns and identify potential improvements. - Identify and report technical improvement opportunities on installations. - Record activities performed in the management system. - Participate in the creation and updating of technical procedures. - Ensure activities in the defined sector as leader during annual maintenance. - Participate in the continuous improvement of the sector using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools. - Coordinate interventions in collaboration with production.
Profile
- ES technician in industrial systems or equivalent, CFC Automation Technician, BTS MAI or equivalent. - Experience desired in industrial maintenance. - Good knowledge of PLCs (preferably Schneider and Beckhoff). - Good knowledge of Robots (preferably Staubli). - In-depth understanding of complex production installations. - Knowledge of TPM. - Machining skills are a plus. - Flexibility and availability to work shifts, on call or in shift work (2*8) if necessary. - Basic computer skills: Word, Excel. - Autonomous and responsible. - Field-oriented, who enjoys human contact, technology and quality. - Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. - Team spirit and collaborative. - Resilience and good stress resistance. - Languages: French, English is a plus. - Preference will be given to candidates living near our Palézieux site.
