Fathom Realty is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely . This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our clients in the real estate and mortgage industry, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding our real estate and mortgage services
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to the development of customer support materials and resources
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer support or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
