Energy Procurement Manager

Your tasks

• Market portfolio analysis for electricity, natural gas, and district heating.
• Development and implementation of energy procurement strategies for portfolios and individual properties.
• Active portfolio management, optimization, and further development.
• Integration of portfolios and individual delivery points.
• Coordination of CO2 certificates.
• Preparation and drafting of tenders for potential suppliers.
• Review and preparation of contract documents in coordination with the legal department.
• Control of change management.
• Price and contract negotiations, framework agreements.
• Ensuring purchasing procedures, processes, and projects in day-to-day business.

Controlling and risk management

• Data processing and analysis as well as preparation of reports and evaluations.
• Conceptual development and improvement of processes and the underlying IT systems.
• Monitoring and optimization of the electricity and natural gas portfolios by analyzing short and long-term forecasts.
• Recording, analysis, and reporting of energy consumption and costs.
• Analysis of market developments in the energy and commodity markets.

Your profile

• A completed education in the field of taxation, purchasing, energy, or similar.
• Expertise in accounting and controlling.
• Secure MS Office skills and IT affinity.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as planning and organizational skills.
• High degree of commitment, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and loyalty.
• Willingness to travel.
• Good communication skills.
