Your purpose

Tasks you will take on
- Resource planning and coordination with projects and technical departments
- Responsible for personal and technical development of employees
- Conducting job interviews
- Performance review and deriving measures for improvement
- Checking and keeping track of key personnel figures (overtime, vacation, sick leave …)
- Definition, introduction and implementation of team goals
- Establishment of company-wide standards
- Planning and implementation of team events
- Promotion of communication beyond team boundaries
- Team motivation
Your qualifications include
- Successfully completed studies in e-technology, computer science, Mathematics, Physics or similar – minimum Bachelor
- Technical background with experience in minimum one domain such as systems engineering, function development, AD / ADAS development, industrial engineering, vehicle dynamics, vehicle constructions, physics etc.
- Basic knowledge in ADAS/ AD
- Leadership Experience minimum 2 years
- German Level C1
- English business fluent
- Basic legal knowledge of personnel processes
