Fund Listing Specialist in Zürich

Take the lead in building and shaping a brand-new fund and ETF listing service, influencing how asset managers access and operate across major European exchanges.

This is a unique opportunity to combine subject-matter expertise with a build-from-scratch mindset, where you will define and scale a new service offering within a global organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, high-value clients, and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, product development, and complex regulatory environments. The role offers strong growth potential, including the opportunity to shape processes, influence technology solutions, and ultimately build and lead a dedicated team as the service expands. Please note: for this role the candidate can be based in Zurich, Brno, Paris, London, Frankfurt or Luxembourg. Travel between countries is not required.

Your key responsibilities as a Fund Listing Specialist will include:

• Leading the launch of a new fund and ETF listing service, assisting product with defining the operating model, service scope, and delivery standards
• Acting as the subject-matter expert on fund and ETF listing requirements across UK and European exchanges, supporting both clients and internal teams
• Managing the end-to-end admission process for funds and ETFs, including preparing documentation and coordinating with legal counsel, exchanges, and regulators
• Establishing and maintaining service standards, including methodologies, SLAs, quality controls, and scalable operational playbooks
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver tools that support the service
• Overseeing ongoing compliance obligations and acting as a senior escalation point for client and internal queries

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Fund Listing Specialist:

• You will bring at least 5 years of experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments, with strong expertise in fund or ETF listing and registration
• You will have a practical understanding of ETF and ETP structures and listing considerations, including regulatory, operational, and data dependencies
• You should have working knowledge of UK and EU regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, and relevant UK post-Brexit requirements
• You will demonstrate experience working across teams to deliver complex initiatives and translating operational needs into scalable processes or technology solutions
• You will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly
