Practice Manager (Health & Wellbeing)

Spinal Energetics (featured in The Australian, Body & Soul, The Herald Sun, The House of Wellness, Harper\’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Australian Women\’s Weekly and more) is a growing wellness modality that integrates chiropractic principles with energetic healing. We’re looking for a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations at our Richmond clinic, as well as looking after our venue. The right candidate will ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, whilst reflecting our uniqueness and passion for being “out of the box” (Our videos receiving up to 10 million views on social media and the phrase “Learn Spinal Energetics” has generated a cumulative of 2.4 Billion views on Tik Tok).

Role Overview:

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for our Richmond Spinal Energetics clinic. Day to day tasks include taking care of reception and client experience, clinical operations, maintaining practitioner schedules, overseeing business development, and facility management. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives working hands-on, wants to be part of a growing business, managing day-to-day operations with a balance of heart and structure, as well as creativity and logic, while being a visible leader and support for our team.

You will also play a critical role in making sure the clinic grows sustainably, by implementing the right systems and processes to support expansion. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, but also roll up their sleeves and get involved wherever needed—no job too big or small. You’ll need to be a fast thinker, adaptable, and able to make decisions independently that align with the CEO/Founder (Award-winning Chiropractor & Counsellor -Dr Sarah Jane, Founder & Creator of Spinal Energetics).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our Richmond clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptionally high standards of service for our clients
• Manage and support practitioners and reception staff, ensuring alignment with the clinic’s goals and vision in a way that is motivational and effective
• Work on the ground, providing leadership and hands-on support wherever needed, and finishing tasks in a timely manner
• Foster a strong sense of communication and teamwork
• Ensure the smooth coordination of practitioner schedules, patient appointments, and reception operations, and understanding how to promote excellence in client experience as well as maximizing profitability
• Help grow the business by making sure the clinic is running efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall mission of Spinal Energetics

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Practice Coordinator, Clinic Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing practitioners and administrative staff
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations while thinking ahead strategically
• Comfortable making decisions independently, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency with both the team and the senior leaders
• Ability to prioritise tasks, adapt quickly and manage shifting demands in a fast-paced environment
• Formal qualifications are favoured, but not essential
