For our client, a scale-up in the energy sector in the Lausanne region, we are looking for an Accounting Manager, ideally with a Federal Diploma. A perfect position to transition between GL Accountant and Manager.Accounting Manager Reporting to the CFO and acting as a true right-hand, your responsibilities will be:- Management of daily accounting: AP, AR, bank reconciliations for Switzerland and international entities - Monthly and quarterly closing processes, P&L analysis - VAT returns - Payroll management - Liaison with external auditors - Analytical part: budget analysis, forecasting - Process improvement - Coaching 1-2 people We are looking for someone with: - Federal Diploma (strong advantage) - 5 years of accounting experience with initial exposure to analytical accounting - English B2+ minimum - Proficiency in an ERP such as Business Central, SAP, etc. - Salary: 100/110K CHF - negotiable, 80% workload possible
