Job Description Your missionWithin FER CIAM, you will ensure the complete management of debt collection for AHV funds and associated institutions, from monitoring unpaid debts to enforcement and bankruptcy procedures, in particular respecting the Federal Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (DEBA).Your main responsibilitiesDebt management and debtor relations (CIAM/CIEPP)Monitor overdue debts and implement appropriate reminder actionsSet up and monitor payment plansGenerate and process payment listsPrepare account statementsAnalyse individual situations and propose suitable, pragmatic and fair solutions.Management of enforcement procedures (DEBA) - CIAM/CIEPPInitiate enforcement procedures in accordance with the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (DEBA)Manage the entire cycle of enforcement requisitionsEnsure rigorous and proactive follow-up with debt enforcement officesHandle objections and coordinate necessary lifting proceduresPrepare and follow up on lifting requestsMonitor summons to appear and obtain lifting judgementsProcess and follow up seizure reportsManage seizure procedures constituting acts of default of assets as well as resulting acts of default of assetsInitiate and follow up sales requisitionsMake claims for costs related to collection proceduresEnsure processing of incoming flows via dedicated channels.Reporting, continuous improvement and supportProduce reliable reports and contribute to the analysis of collection performanceActively participate in continuous improvement of processes, working methods and toolsParticipate in business application testingIdentify, document and report anomalies to the relevant teams. Profile sought Your profileCommercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)An inter-cantonal certificate of aptitude for enforcement execution, enforcement/bankruptcy module, would be an assetProven experience in debt collection, accounting and management of DEBA proceduresExperience in an AHV fund or public institution is an advantageComfort with numbers and financial analysis, IT tools and ExcelExcellent command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.Your skillsExcellent organisational, analytical and priority management skillsService orientation, interpersonal ease and ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacySolution orientation and continuous improvement.
