ph3Production specialist /h3 pbDepartment: /bAdministration /p pbEmployment Type: /bPermanent - Full Time /p pbLocation: /bZurich /p pbReporting To: /bPhilipp Marher /p h3Description /h3 pbAs the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world, we lead the way in the sport and event industry. /b /p pbJoin the team and support us on our mission. /b /p h3THE POSITION /h3 pbThese are your key tasks: /b /p h3In-House printing production /h3 ul liRun and schedule the in-house print facility (digital and large-format printing, finishing, binding) to meet deadlines. /li liMaintain equipment and consumables, and set quality standards for all finished output. /li liHandle urgent, last-minute print requests for events, often same-day. /li liTrack costs and turnaround time, and uphold health and safety standards in the print area. /li /ul h3Merchandise order coordination /h3 ul liCreate and deliver on-brand print and digital assets, from concept to final production. /li liSupport events, campaigns, and internal communications with high-quality creative solutions. /li /ul h3Corporate internal online shop (External Partner Management) /h3 ul liAct as main point of contact for the vendor operating the corporate online shop. /li liBrief new products, manage the catalogue, and approve artwork before launch. /li liMonitor service levels and fulfilment, and run regular performance reviews with the vendor. /li /ul h3Graphic design /h3 ul liCreate on-brand print and digital assets. /li liPrepare and review production-ready artwork. /li liDeliver design solutions for events, campaigns, and internal communications. /li /ul h3General /h3 ul liManage supplier relationships and support contract discussions. /li liTrack production status, costs, and performance metrics. /li liResolve operational issues and support junior team members or freelancers. /li liProvide support during major events, including outside standard working hours. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 pbWe work hard at FIFA. /b /p pbWe are dedicated, ambitious and innovative. /b /p pAnd we respect our values.
