Fixed working days: Monday and Tuesday
Main activities:
- Handle telephone reception - Manage the administrative organisation of the repair service - Prepare and follow up the invoicing of the repair service - Manage salaries, AHV/PPD declarations as well as the final social insurance statements - Write, process and ensure follow-up of various administrative correspondence - Participate in the smooth administrative running of the company
Profile sought:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training - Confirmed professional experience, ideally in a construction sector company - Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented and discreet - Excellent organisational skills, sense of priorities and rigour - Knowledge of winbiz is an asset
