As part of the replacement of the current post holder, the Federation is looking for a
Administrative Assistant at 60% Required presence: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday
Your responsibilities:
Specifically dedicated to the Employers' Secretary for the sectors of plastering-painting, flooring, glazing and waterproofing, you contribute to the smooth running of the Employers' Secretariat:
- General administration: ensure routine administrative follow-up, participate in the administrative management of the service and contribute to its development - Organisation of events, general assemblies, committees: invitations, registrations, booking of venues and facilitation, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, drafting of minutes, management of attendance allowances… - Coordination with the relevant internal departments
Your profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification + minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position - Excellent writing, organisational and interpersonal skills - Autonomy, rigour and a keen sense of priorities - Ability to alternate between independent work and teamwork - Proactivity, flexibility, initiative and availability
