• Gehaltsgruppe II (Gehaltstarifvertrag Niedersachsen)

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Beauftragung von Sonderfahrten bei Transportdienstleistern
• Gewährleistung der pünktlichen Verfügbarkeit von Ressourcen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Transportverlaufs
• Identifizierung von Abweichungen (z. B durch schlechtes Wetter, Stau, Unfälle, Streik) und Einleitung von geeigneten Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit allen beteiligten Schnittstellen (z. B. interne operative Abteilungen, externe Transportdienstleister)
• Kontrolle der Fahrzeugauslastung
• Sicherstellung effizienter Transportabwicklung und Kostenoptimierung

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (wünschenswert Speditionskaufmann/frau)
• Kenntnisse von Transportprozessen
• Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
• Geografische Kenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten / Nachtschicht
