Munich Full-time Operations - Sales operations
Responsibilities
- Sales Operations- Manage the end-to-end vehicle order process from order creation to vehicle delivery.
- Monitor vehicle allocation, production planning, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate dealer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support wholesale planning and sales forecasting.
- Maintain and optimize sales operation processes and system workflows.
- Monitor KPIs related to order fulfillment, inventory, and vehicle delivery.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle logistics with logistics providers, ports, and warehouses.
- Monitor transportation status and proactively resolve logistics issues.
- Manage vehicle inventory across compounds and dealerships.
- Coordinate vehicle releases and delivery scheduling.
- Support damage handling, transportation claims, and logistics quality improvements.
- Collaborate with HQ and European logistics teams on production and shipment planning
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and HQ teams.
- Support dealer onboarding and operational process implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement projects for sales and logistics processes.
- Participate in system optimization and digitalization initiatives.
