We bring books, magazines and stationery to the market and work with leading retailers such as Amazon, Thalia and Hugendubel. At the same time we support authors and publishers and help them write success stories.
Aufgaben
- Act as the central contact for our key accounts, serving them by phone and in writing and building sustainable customer relationships.
- Keep an eye on publication dates and deadlines, follow up on deviations proactively and coordinate solutions with sales, logistics and our service center.
- Create reports for key accounts, collect and analyze feedback and highlight improvement potential.
- Ensure service standards are met and contribute ideas to continuously improve our customer journey.
- Track open topics systematically, handle administrative tasks in the customer environment and coordinate the resolution of more complex cases.
Qualifikationen
- Completed commercial training; experience in the book industry is an advantage.
- Works independently, is an organizational talent and sets clear priorities.
- Communicates in a phone or email with the right tone, friendly, professional and competent.
- Feels comfortable in people's business, quickly builds trusting relationships and brings empathy and sensitivity.
- Approaches key accounts, authors, and publishers with a service orientation, takes all matters seriously and provides excellent service at eye level.
- Maintains the economy of their actions without losing customer orientation.
