As a bFull Stack Software Engineer /b (100%) in Zurich, you will be at the core of our operations, building systems that touch everything from warehouse automation to customer-facing smart fridges. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liTake vague problems from non-technical colleagues and turn them into shipped solutions across our backend, web apps, Android app, or physical devices. /li liMaintain the warehouse and supplier web apps used daily for inbound processing, picking, labels, and inventory. /li liDevelop our back-office internal tools, managing the backend and GraphQL API that run menus, deliveries, and customer sites. /li liManage the critical service connecting our automated picking lanes to the broader system to ensure seamless warehouse operations. /li liOversee the Android Point of Sale application running on hundreds of fridge devices and streamline the release process for the fleet. /li liIntegrate card payments, TWINT, our ERP, and other external partner systems securely. /li liDrive production health by managing logs, alerts, careful feature rollouts, rollback plans, upgrades, tests, and code cleanup. /li liSplit complex features into manageable pieces and thoroughly review pull requests from other engineers. /li liParticipate in the on-call rotation, debug live issues alongside the operations team, and occasionally visit the warehouse to test changes on-site with end-users. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liProven production experience in at least one typed backend language (such as "C#", "Java", "Kotlin", "Go", or "TypeScript") and one modern frontend framework. /li liTrack record of successfully owning software in production, including on-call duties, debugging from logs, and resolving live issues while users wait. /li liFamiliarity with or willingness to dive into C#, TypeScript, Android, and Kotlin. /li liPrior exposure to hardware, IoT, edge devices, payments, logistics, retail operations, or Odoo environments is highly advantageous. /li liDemonstrated ability to ship features in an unfamiliar tech stack and learn new systems at a rapid pace. /li liStrong passion for collaborating directly with end-users, including warehouse and operations staff, rather than exclusively with other engineers. /li liHigh degree of curiosity and a proactive mindset to take full ownership of problems from end to end. /li liFluent English communication skills (written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is a plus. /li liNon-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings.
