Your mission:

Your role is all about making femtasy shine with cool and effective content! Be the go-to person in charge of creating content for femtasy’s paid & organic social media channels. Work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager as well as Organic Social Managers to make sure we’re putting out top-quality content that helps to drive users and get us closer to our mission. Note: this position requires 2.5 days / week availability.
Options: Freelance, Working-Student, Regular contract.

Your responsibilities:

• Content production: create high-quality content for paid & organic social following the latest trends and best practices.
• Content management: organise and improve content creation processes to ensure great visibility and quality.
• Cross-team collaboration: work closely with other team members to share effective methods, exchange ideas, and recycle content from different channels. Let’s enhance our content game together!
• Community management: Build an engaged and committed community by bringing them closer to our mission & purpose.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1 year+) as a content creator.
• Strong understanding of creative processes (visual & copy) and ability to optimise ad creatives for maximum impact.
• Strong understanding of Social Media trends and creative mindset.
• Ability to go deeper into analyses to understand what makes content work.
• Experience shooting & editing content with the focus on video.
• Being comfortable in front of the camera.
• Experience working at least with Canva. Other graphic design tools is a plus.
• Fluent (C2) in English.
