- Two years, many opportunities: our on-the-job training programme allows you to discover the various companies and business areas of the fenaco-LANDI group (UFA, AGROLA, LANDI, Anicom, crop production, etc.) - Towards a management role, in theory and practice: you will explore sales, marketing, finance, business and project management, with the aim of preparing you for a management position. - You are mobile: whether regionally or in other parts of the country, your area of activity is varied and offers exciting prospects - Your goal: after successfully completing the programme, you aim for a managerial position within the fenaco-LANDI group

Strong skills and a convincing personality
- You hold a degree as an agricultural business manager FH, agricultural technician FH, agronomist FH or ETH, or an equivalent qualification with proven practical links to agriculture - You want to go further: take on responsibilities, manage teams and shape the future, ideally within one of our companies - Communication is your strength: you have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and good oral knowledge of German - You are open, motivated and flexible: you see assignments in different regions of Switzerland and in different teams as an exciting opportunity, not as an obstacle.
