YOUR MISSION

• Identifying market needs by monitoring activities and communicating regularly with the sales and marketing team
• Managing marketing, social media, and communication
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities and campaigns
• Managing social media platforms (Facebook groups) and Telegram channels to ensure timely posting and increase engagement
• Collaborating with copywriters to develop creative campaigns
• Translating marketing materials into required languages and overseeing distribution
• Planning training topics and coordinating monthly events, training, and activities
• Supporting physical and online events, including webinars, product launches, and sales initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in network marketing, direct sales, or with international brands
• Experience with CMS (preferably WordPress) and basic knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, PremierePro)
• Skilled in creating communication materials and print media (e-newsletters, flyers, etc.)
• Independent, goal-oriented work style and confident presentation skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, with good time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
