Your Role:
As Fenix Metals Global Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue results by implementing operational sales plans, managing our key accounts and building strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients. The main characteristics for the success in this role is being result-oriented, seeing the big picture and proactively delivering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Plan and execute operation sales plans and achieve company objectives
·Contribute to the strategic development of the group and its sales products
·Analyse sales market and its trends to adjust operational sales and meet sales targets
·Collaborate with the administration to assure excellent customer service and performance on the sales portfolio
·Operate purchases for raw materials mainly in sales account in circular economy solutions
·Development of new accounts and products in alignment with senior management
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in sales roles for minimum 3 years
- Proven track record of delivering on resp. exceeding sales targets
- Passion for sales and winning customers with persistence
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, or similar relevant field
- Familiarity with metal and non-ferrous metal markets will be beneficial.
- Readiness to travel up to 30 % of working time
