FenX is seeking an Administration, HR & Finance Manager to support the company's growth and professionalization. Working closely with the CEO, this role will act as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring smooth execution across finance administration, HR administration, office operations, and company governance.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong organizational skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Tasks
- Coordinate monthly cash planning, cash runway scenarios and budget tracking
- Coordinate with external accounting and payroll providers
- Support preparation of financing and grant materials
- Manage recruitment administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Oversee contracts, payroll, and HR administration
- Support contract management and legal follow-up
- Coordinate office operations, facilities, insurance, and service providers
- Leverage digital, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional education (KV) and experience
- 5+ years experience in administration, operations, HR administration or finance administration
- Strong skills in budget tracking, cash monitoring and accountant coordination
- Experience in an SME, startup, scale-up, or technology-driven environment is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership
- Experience working with external accountants and payroll providers
- Fluent in English and German
