In parallel, they ensure the administration of family allowances and the application of collective labour agreements.

Job Description
Your mission
Within the Self-Employed and Non-Active Service, you ensure the management of the taxation of personal AVS/AI/APG/AC/AF/AMat contributions for self-employed persons as well as for persons without gainful employment. You ensure the application of current legal provisions while guaranteeing quality service to our affiliates.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide reception and advice to affiliates by telephone, mail and email - Manage affiliation, changes and deregistration of self-employed persons and those without gainful employment - Determine, adjust and notify personal AVS/AI/APG/AC/AF/AMat contributions in accordance with current legislation - Analyse the administrative, fiscal and financial situations of affiliates in order to set provisional and definitive contributions - Monitor affiliates’ accounts, propose payment arrangements and calculate default and remunerative interest - Process changes in insured persons’ situations and coordinate actions with the relevant services - Update files, produce necessary documents and certificates and ensure their digitisation in IT systems
Profile sought
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training - Experience in an administrative field, ideally in social insurance - Excellent analytical and synthesis skills - Organisational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously - Result-oriented and rigorous in file processing - Excellent writing and communication skills - Excellent command of French and knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
