Tasks & Responsibilities Conduct relevant research in developmental psychology in at least one area aligned with the faculty's and university's research clusters, evidenced by publications in international peer-reviewed journals Secure external funding Maintain international visibility and collaboration, adhering to open and transparent science standards Teach in the faculty's bachelor's and master's degree programs as well as micro-credentials, representing the full scope of the discipline Teach developmental psychology in a future bachelor's program in psychology (including clinical psychology, in line with German psychotherapist licensing requirements), with contributions to developmental psychopathology and developmental assessment Contribute to the development of interdisciplinary study programs across faculties and participate in academic self-governance Actively prepare and implement innovative teaching and learning formats in accordance with the university's quality standards, incorporating modern educational technologies (digital and in-person) Qualifications German language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR), enabling effective teaching in German Academic achievement in accordance with Section 36 of the Higher Education Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (Hochschulgesetz NRW) Health and family-friendly benefits are important aspects of the organizational culture.
