Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage Didactic customers sale data.
- Order entry for Didactic Sale and Channel partners
- Create project sales order in the SAP system.
- Purchasing 3rd party parts for projects
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments; where necessary.
- Organise activities and road shows
- Follow-up the project pipelines from the Didactic sales team, distributors, and channel partners.
- Prepare department monthly reports
- Upkeep ISO documents and procedures
- Deal directly with Didactic customers by telephone and counter sales
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Submit quotations, prepared by the sales team, such as tender documents, e-auction, etc
- Follow up on customer queries
- Assist in the marketing activities
- Handle customer after-sales training
- Submit estimated project cost sheet for approval by the relevant managers.
- Communicate and coordinate with Channel partners
- Coordinate joint activities with Channel partners
- Managing the delivery time for orders by Channel partners
