IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

• Central point of contact in the company for questions relating to IT security and interface with the CISO
• Creating and continuously developing modern IT security architectures and concepts as well as managing and supporting the IT teams in the implementation of current IT security standards and frameworks
• Establishing and monitoring relevant key figures to ensure the continuous improvement of IT security
• Operation, further development and successful recertification of the ISMS in Festo’s Global IT
• Development of IT security processes
• Advising the IT teams on IT security requirements
• Supporting the IT teams in implementing the measures and ensuring effective implementation
• Organizing and accompanying internal and external IT security audits, in particular ISO27001 certification as well as planning and coordinating penetration tests
• Regular communication of the current IT security status, including relevant risks and recommendations, to the CISO, IT management and company management

Minimum Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT security
• Good knowledge of the ISO 27000 information security standard
• Very good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies relating to data centers, networks, IT workplace and cloud
• Verifiable certifications, e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CSA Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), CompTIA Security+ or comparable certifications
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and intercultural understanding
• Analytical and conceptual skills, holistic thinking and ability to work independently
• Motivation to develop complex topics and meet challenges in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Ability to communicate on an equal footing with colleagues and superiors at various hierarchical levels
