Your Job:
Management of international product development projects in the Electric Automation business unit.
Technical leadership of cross-functional project teams.
Independent planning, control and reporting of development projects in an international environment including risk management.
Involvement of all relevant departments in the project work, e.g. development, testing, quality, central departments, etc.
Actively driving projects forward, consistently making decisions and deriving measures to achieve project goals.
Your qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, natural sciences or engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and international experience is an advantage.
- Practical experience in project management and sound knowledge of the necessary methods and tools for project evaluation, control and follow-up.
- Very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, MS Project), knowledge of Velocity is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high customer orientation as well as result-oriented, independent and structured way of working.
- Very good communication skills including persuasiveness and problem-solving skills.
