About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (d/m/w) to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH. This pivotal role supports the Process, Methods & Tools department within the Warehouse & Transport division, focusing on enhancing logistics processes across our facilities in France, Germany, and Spain. The primary objective is to leverage cutting-edge tools and develop innovative solutions that optimize logistic engineering and operational workflows. You will play a crucial role in understanding complex business requirements, identifying opportunities for harmonization, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to stabilizing and improving warehouse and transport processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing backbone systems like SAP, while also introducing new applications to support future growth and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence global logistics strategies and work in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in industrial engineering, information management, logistics, or a related field, complemented by extensive IT knowledge. Proven experience in logistics processes and SAP systems is essential, along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, preferably within agile organizations. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in German and French is advantageous. The role also demands excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued to succeed in this innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to shaping the strategic vision and developing the roadmap for global logistics processes, methods, and tools to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead or support cross-functional and transnational projects utilizing agile or waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between Information Management (IM) and other methods and tools teams across divisions, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and operational goals of logistics departments; identify process improvement opportunities and propose IT solutions aligned with the company's IT strategy.
  • Identify synergies among logistics tools used across various warehouses; recommend standardized and harmonized workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Serve as a bridge between product management teams and technical resources, developing detailed specifications, aligning stakeholder expectations, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of solutions.
