About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) to join our dynamic team in Kleinostheim. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily focusing on sales positions. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for recruitment excellence. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding of new employees. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed university degree or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years of professional experience in recruiting, especially within sales functions, is required. Experience within the mobility or electro-mobility sectors is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the entire recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview conduction, and active sourcing techniques. Professional and confident communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders across various hierarchy levels. A structured, autonomous work style, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial. Fluency in both German and English (C1 level) is mandatory for collaboration in our international environment. Additionally, a keen interest in optimizing recruitment processes and a business-oriented approach will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process independently, with a focus on sales roles—from creating job advertisements to final onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with departmental managers and HR teams to develop tailored job descriptions and targeted recruiting strategies.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing methods, including social media and professional networks.
• Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Assist in offer management, including preparing and negotiating employment offers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support internal mobility initiatives by advising employees and managers on internal transfer opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders regarding all recruitment-related inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of candidate experience and ensure a smooth, transparent recruitment process.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract high-caliber talent efficiently.
