Your responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing and evaluating quality data
2. Implementing quality improvement measures
3. Collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve quality issues
4. Training and supporting employees on quality topics
5. Assuming 360-degree quality responsibility for components, focusing on supplier control and producibility in manufacturing plants
6. Managing change, problem, and quality processes for relevant components
7. Reporting to sub-project and module management

Your profile:

• Vocational training with further qualification as a state-certified technician, or a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in preventive and reactive quality work and supplier management
• Professional experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive industry
• Several years of experience working with our customer BMW
• Familiarity with tools such as gAMS, PQM, TSARA, ZEDIS
• Language skills according to CEF: German – C2; English – B2
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and assertiveness skills
