Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the technical management of an SE team for the central control unit components.
• You represent the components to the module management.
• You agree on targets with the module management.
• You are responsible for achieving the targets for the components in terms of properties, costs, weight, quality, and deadlines.
• You carry out change, problem, and quality management for the respective components.
• You are responsible for the technical releases and documentation of the respective components.
• You control the target fulfillment of suppliers.
• You are responsible for reporting to sub-project and module management.

Your Profile

• You have a Master\’s degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a similar course of study.
• You have experience in preventive and reactive quality work and in managing suppliers.
• You have experience with the processes and tools in the development or series support of components in the automotive sector.
• You have several years of experience in the environment of our customer BMW.
• You are familiar with working with tools such as gAMS, FLS, OCTANE, and PQM.
• You have language skills according to CEF: German – C1; English – B2.
• You are characterized by a confident appearance, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
