Onsite Event Coordinator - Geneva

Event Preparation:

1. Ensure all necessary materials (e.g., masks, tokens, etc.) are ready and available prior to the event.
2. Communicate with the venue to confirm logistics and obtain required information, such as menus.
3. Coordinate pre-event setup, including preparing documents and equipment.
4. Have the capacity to coordinate a substitute in case you are unable to attend one of the scheduled events, ensuring the continuity and smooth running of our activities.

On-Site Coordination:

1. Act as the main point of contact at the event, managing guest check-ins, addressing inquiries, and overseeing the smooth operation of the experience.
2. Deliver opening and closing remarks to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and engaged.
3. Collaborate closely with venue staff to verify seating arrangements and meal preferences, ensuring guests with allergies or dietary restrictions receive the correct dishes.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event and provide assistance as needed.

Post-Event Reporting and Management:

1. Provide feedback and a summary of the event to the Fever team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
2. Manage inventory and ensure materials are cleaned and stored for future use.
