Junior Event Producer - Berlin

Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, dedicated to democratizing access to culture and entertainment in 55+ countries. We are hiring a Junior Event Producer for our Fever Originals team to create unforgettable events and experiences.

About the role

As a Junior Event Producer, you will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production, ensuring high‑quality experiences are delivered within budget and on schedule. You will serve as the primary contact for all third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of creative deliverables.

You will

• Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre‑production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Support the wider Fever Originals team in the development of new events, implementing new production formats and keeping Fever up to date with emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance experiences.
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
• Assess and manage budgets of different scales, working with project managers.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
• Participate in marketing meetings to contribute to creative ideation, particularly from a production perspective.
• Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets.
• Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences.
• Source and secure venues and required event permits, and meet insurance requirements.
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
• Travel domestically and internationally and work across time zones as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in live event production.
• Native‑level German and fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in theater or stage management is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize all aspects of an event efficiently.
• Innovative, solution‑focused mindset to identify problems and find creative solutions.
• Strong network of vendors and venues, and experience with permitting and insurance processes.
• Solid understanding of technical production requirements and basic fabrication techniques.
• Curious, quick learner, and eager to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent collaboratively and hands‑on.
• Strategic thinking skills when faced with an event brief.
• Experience in virtual, outdoor, or large‑scale events is a plus.
