About The Role
- You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from contract signing by the sales/legal team through to the event final closing.
- You will be the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to internal teams.
- You will own the process and coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery, while managing tasks across teams.
- Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, working with product/engineering to deliver a consolidated list of requirements and prioritize them with the product team.
- Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to support potential user incidences managed by our user support team.
- Ensure all required documentation exists to achieve project goals.
- Depending on the event, your presence on site may be required during launch or other important dates.
About You
- Degree qualified with a project management background. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented, analytical and organized.
- Entrepreneurial with a mix of project management and operational experience; able to coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery in ambiguous environments.
- 3+ years in a project management or consulting role. Event experience is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills; solution-focused with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Highly organized, curious, and willing to push boundaries and try new concepts.
- Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent; able to think strategically about partnerships and data-driven event decisions.
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and parallel work streams; collaborative and willing to get hands dirty on all event tasks.
- Knowledge of promotional tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) is a plus; strong academic background is a plus.
