Main tasks:
- Lead business requirements sessions and map end-to-end SAP Finance processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling and Profitability Analysis.
- Support SAP Finance configuration, testing and continuous improvement, including period-end closing and financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring consistent and reliable Finance master data.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR and GxP requirements, maintain CSV documentation and contribute to internal and external audits.
- Coordinate Finance-related projects and integrations across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.
- Review SAP user roles and access rights to maintain appropriate segregation of duties (SoD).
- Support and guide junior analysts while building strong relationships with Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of SAP business analysis experience, including functional ownership of SAP modules, preferably SAP FI/CO.
- Experience in data governance, master-data management and regulatory compliance within SOX, GDPR and GxP environments.
- Understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or another regulated industry is nice to have.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French are advantageous
