Main tasks:
- Data Migration Lead : Ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) with maintained data integrity and security. Prepare, map, and control data pre-migration; perform audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting post-migration; identify anomalies.
- Application Management : Oversee the lifecycle of HCM applications from selection to decommissioning. Ensure alignment with business needs and seamless integration of migrated data.
