Own and drive the global SAP CX / CRM architecture based on SAP Sales Cloud v2 and Service Cloud v2 Design scalable, end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience Define and implement integration and data architectures across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and connected platforms Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs, architecture guidelines, and implementation roadmaps Lead architectural governance and key technology decisions in line with enterprise architecture and security standards Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to continuously evolve CRM capabilities Shape and drive the future roadmap of the global Customer Engagement ecosystem Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable qualification Proven experience as Solution Architect or Lead Architect in large-scale SAP CRM transformation programs Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture (APIs, event-driven architecture, master data integration, customer data management, integration patterns) Ability to define architecture roadmaps and translate business strategy into scalable, secure solution designs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., SAFe) and influencing senior stakeholders English Additional Information
