Industry: Dental CareNumber of employees: approx. 10,000 – 15,000Key Facts: Sub Workstream Lead, Global Operations, SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Manufacturing Management, SAP PP, in Basel/home office.Main tasks:Global Operations Representation: Act as the primary representative of Global Operations within the project team.Leadership for Sub Workstream Manufacturing: Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing sub-workstream.Process Analysis & Definition: Support the analysis and development of business processes, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).SAP Process Configuration: Ensure alignment of SAP system configurations with required business processes.Cross-Stream Collaboration: Work closely with Production, QM, PM, and PLM workstream members to drive solution implementation.Project Coordination: Oversee all project-related activities with local teams at manufacturing sites.SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of business processes across all manufacturing sites.Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to representatives at manufacturing sites.Testing Support: Assist with functional and integration testing of systems.Go-Live Implementation: Provide support during go-live phases and ensure smooth operations post-implementation.Problem-Solving Expertise: Address process errors and provide troubleshooting support during testing phases.Migration Support: Contribute to the migration approach and related testing efforts.Operational Coordination: Align cross-functional topics with Ops Controlling, Quality, SCM, and PLM teams.Your qualifications:Educational Background: Master’s degree in Manufacturing or related field, with several years of experience in Operations.SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP PP; additional knowledge of QM, PM, and MM is advantageous.Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.Global Experience: Experience in working within international matrix organizations.Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.Business-IT Translator: Ability to translate business requirements into IT process designs in collaboration with Data & Tech teams.Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Team Player: Collaborative mindset with an open, proactive, and „can-do“ attitude.Project Management: Strong organizational and project management capabilities.The salary range will be communicated confidentially.If you have any questions, please contact us at any time on +41 55 299 58 58 or We will be happy to help you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
