Main tasks:
- Architect and implement solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud V2, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Act as the key liaison between the systems integrator and client, optimizing solution architecture.
- Provide expert guidance on CMS tools, including SAP Hybris Smart Edit and Adobe, to enhance customer engagement.
- Drive and apply best practices for SAP Commerce Cloud and eCommerce for maximum reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, integrations, and workflows.
- Offer hands-on support and troubleshooting to maintain the stability and security of SAP Commerce Cloud applications.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, with deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce frameworks and CMS tools (ideally Smart Edit and Adobe).
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business needs.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
- Relevant certifications or advanced training in SAP Commerce Cloud are a plus.
