Role Overview
- Lead and manage internal integrations for Workday HCM implementation.
- Integrate Workday with SAP S4/HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications via SAP Integration Suite.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and Workday implementation partners to create system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy integration flows with SAP Integration Suite.
- Act as the main contact for integration issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Work with Workday and SAP consultants to ensure smooth transitions between teams.

Your qualifications:
- Several years of experience in system integrations, ideally in HCM environments.

- Experience with API management, message processing, and security in SAP Integration Suite.
- Proficiency in integration protocols (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc).
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance principles.
- Problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Nice to have: Experience with payroll systems and Workday implementations.
