Job Description:

Reporting to the Quality Manager you will be part of the quality team. As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for reliability testing of our products as well as for maintaining and continuous improvement of the management system.

This position will allow you to work closely with the R&D and Process Engineering teams to define most suitable test conditions for the products and to provide test reports to internal and external customers. You will help to develop, implement, and monitor company quality programs, goals and policies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

• Organize and perform process compliance reviews for our products
• Conduct internal audits to measure and ensure adherence to establish Quality and Environmental standards
• Develop/implement methods to understand and evaluate process risks and how to mitigate them
• Ensure the fulfillment of the ISO requirements and help manage the audit preparation
• Drive related process improvements to methodology, test conditions and failure analysis
• Define test conditions, perform the tests and report the results
• Able to use the test- and analysis tools/programs and equipment
• Manage the qualification of existing and new products regarding different international standards

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge about quality and/or statistic tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of MATLAB, Visual Basic are advantages.
• Good knowledge of German and English in speaking and writing
• Possess a fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, interpersonal relationships, professional ethics, legal and regulatory requirements
• Experiences in manufacturing of electronic devices are an advantage
